If I could give more stars for the service received by Armstrong Waterproofing Corporation, I would. We had grading raised outside, sealing the inside of the basement wall that exhibited cracking and leaking and much more extensive work done at a reasonable cost. It's a family business and the brothers that worked on our property were respectful of how they treated our property, professional in every way necessary when explaining what work was being done while proceeding with the project and once completed, they cleaned up the area and it looked as if they were never there. I would highly recommend Armstrong Waterproofing Corp. We are pleased with the work that was performed and the gentlemen that were in charge of completing it. I would also like to compliment those that work in the office handling phone calls and more, They, too, are professional, knowledgeable and responsive to questions asked. If you leave a message after hours, they will return the phone call the next day. The success of a business starts with those that run the office & customer service and those that come out to do the work and this company is top notch on all fronts!

We Hired Armstrong Waterproofing to waterproof my parents basement, put in a French drain, fix foundation, egress window and a few more things. It was a big job and they did an excellent job. Yard looks great after just a few weeks. The basement is dry. I would highly recommend Armstrong to anyone.

Would highly recommend Armstrong Waterproofing. Work on our foundation was started as promised and finished in three days. Foundation had crumbling concrete in places and some holes that allowed mice to get into the house. The guys were very professional, friendly and very hard working. Work was completed in three days and everything cleaned up. Great work and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Brandon came over within days of contact to assess our reoccurring water issues in the basement. We used a different service multiple times that never solved the problem. Brandon clearly explained the cause of the problem and offered a reasonable solution, while clearly explaining the process so we could fully understand the "why" and "how". He was patient and knowledgeable. They started work within a week of the assessment and were prompt, clean, thorough and respectful. His team actually finished a day before his projected timeline! All the steps along the way were smooth, respectful and professional. It was easy to communicate with Shane, Brendon and Kyle at all times. Any requested explanations were given freely and thoroughly; any reasonable change of approach suggested by me were either honored or given compelling explanations as to why it could not be done. It was clear that it truly meant a lot to all of them that the job be done absolutely right, down to the smallest detail. I believe that once they got into the job, which involved a lot of trenching (some of it rather difficult to access) and a garage floor replacement, it became apparent that the job was more involved than it may have seemed initially. Any newly revealed issues along the way (and all others, for that matter) were resolved appropriately and effectively. They did not shy away from whatever they determined needed to be done; never did I hear from them any word of complaint. These fellows take genuine pride in the work they do, and it really shows. That meant a great deal to me. I would recommend Armstrong Waterproofing to anyone without hesitation. These are good people.
